Ho provato più volte a convincerlo che andava trovata una soluzione, ad esempio un parziale rimborso o un reso. Ora dovrò fare riparare la centrifuga a mie spese sempre se sarà riparabile. Un primo tecnico non è riuscito e ne dovrò contattare un secondo. Sono ancora disponibile a trovare una soluzione se lui vuole.
