The ic didn't arrive 16 days after the order, which is too much for any European shipment carrying that little weight. The tracking on the shipment don't work, which led me to think cheaper ways of shipment are used than advertised. I simoultaneously ordered another ic from Spain, which have arrived without issue in 7 days. I tried to speed things up with the seller by asking him to address the postal office, but he gave me no information besides the one I already knew.
