Well first of all she was nice as far as her customer service but what I didn’t know was that her orders was not made and before I purchased I asked her if the one in the picture was the one I was getting she said yes. It took a month before I got the wig and when I did it was a rush job the butterfly braids didn’t open and I can’t even open it cause it’s too tight. I waited a month for this? And she never kept me updated I had to get in touch with her. For $300 I am pissed to say the least.
