I received a two piece lip - one of the pieces was warped and does not sit straight on the car, when I reached out, the seller offered a 4% and then 12% refund for a HALF ruined item - then wanted me to remove the item to ship it back. Not a satisfactory response

Sadly, my mechanic thought this part could be installed within minutes and found out that it would take over an hour and a half so we decided to return the part.
