Sorry I had to return the pen - as I discovered, the issue was absolutely not your problem. The replacement pen that I got a couple of weeks later has the same exact groove on the section that did the pen I bought from you, so it is something caused by the manufacturing process.
I will add you to my favorite sellers and will be happy to buy something from you to somehow compensate for the two-way shipping expenses you incurred.
