    The part came preprogrammed with instructions on how to relearn the ECM. There was a video on the seller's website on how to remove and install it as well. It was such a simple fix, it took my son about 20 minutes. I saved so much money by not having to go to the dealer to fix it.

    Unit did not work, tried several times, follow the directions to the letter. Do not purchase this part, they want you to pay a restock fee and a programming fee if you want to return it, definitely has an issue.

    We recived zero communication from you, we would have been more then happy to help walk you though the relearn process and if that still didnt work send a no cost replacement. Also all returns are 100% free you dont even pay for the return label. No idea where you came up with the restocking fee and programming fee idea at that is not something we do. Please contact us, or open a return so I can refund you, the ball is in your court now.
