Buyer did not accurately read the item description. I politely (and kindly) clarified and offered that she could return. They asked for a partial refund and since it was their error, I declined. They then stated negative feedback would be left. I do not appreciate the attempt to manipulate or bully to accept their request for a partial. I have had great experiences as both a buyer and seller on EBay as demonstrated by my feedback. I will continue on as usual and wish this buyer a good day!
