Buyer purchased a DS4246 from us and couldnt get it to work with their server. After 50 messages and free parts to troubleshoot the problem. We shipped the unit back and found the unit to work perfectly and their server is the issue. They wanted me to ship the DS4246 back to them but I refused since their server(didnt buy from us) is the problem and shipping is $79each way. I believe I did all I could for them and the negative feedback is unwarranted.
