We're sorry that due to USPS delays you waited so long to receive your item. We shipped your item as soon as possible after the Labor day weekend in the morning on Sept 3, we noticed your item continued to be listed as "shipped," not "delivered," as our other items were, and, per USPS tracking, the delivery date was updated to Sept 9, then, while the item was sitting in Louisiana for a few days, the tracking stated it was going to be delivered late, and you never received it till Sept 11.
