I purchased this bag myself from Cos three years ago and I can assure you that it has never been used. It is macrame, handmade in quality and not a 'perfect' finish, that is the nature of the fabric. Having sold on ebay for 19 years, this is the first negative feedback I have received in that entire time. If you were unhappy with this item, all you had to do was get in touch so we could resolve the problem.
