I was unsure that these roof rack cross bars would fit my 2012 Forester as a previous seller said they would but did not. I messaged this Seller and had a positive response quickly. They asked that I measure and send pictures which I did. The only problem was that the bolts were 3cm too long. When I sent them pictures they quickly send me new one. They arrived within 3 days. Excellent product and excellent customer service, very responsive. The cross bars fit perfectly.
