By April 29th I had not received the fan. I notified them by email to let them know that I had not received the fan. Within 2 hours I had received an email apologizing to me for not received my fan and that they had notified USPS and I should hear back anywhere from them in about 24 to 72 hours. Within 12 hours I had received a full refund. Thank you,USPS FAULT!
