I had a terrible experience with this eBay seller. They sold me parts advertised to fit my truck, but they didn’t. When I contacted them, they rudely insisted the parts fit perfectly, which they absolutely did not. They were short and dismissive throughout our communication. They initially sent a return shipping label, but then immediately canceled it. A week later, I reached out again for another shipping label, and now they’ve ignored me for over a week. Avoid this seller like the plague.

this buyer has been blocked and reported. His return was approved, we did not cancel any label but our listing clearly states "buyer pays for return shipping", as everyone can check our listing. This buyer bought our covers but he expected them to be OEM quality, we did explain to him that if he wanted OEM quality he could order them from the dealers. eBay has agreed with us to block this buyer. We hope the the buyer can go over the listing before making a purchase.
