    How is that a negative - I have proof of postage - I have also been dealing with a death in the family which meant I was away from home I had kept him informed of the situation that I would deal with it on my return - as it so happens I have two of the notes that never arrived so I would have sent him another - the amount involved was 99p which he has been refunded by ebay in my absence Ebays feedback policy is a nonsense it should be for serious issues not the failings of Royal Mail.
