It appears the battery was swollen, causing the screen to detach, and the device does not power on (just a blinking Apple logo). I returned the item with a valid tracking number. However, the seller is now claiming that I wrote a digit in a way that made the number 4 look like a 9. I truly hope this isn’t another excuse to avoid issuing the refund. I expect the seller to take responsibility and process the refund promptly.
