My grandparents kept a new 1954 Corvette like this for 45 years. My grandma was the last one living. Before she died, she sold the car to a neighbor for $1,500. The car was driven to her garage from the dealership & parked in her garage. It remained unused with 00011 miles on the odometer. She covered it from tip to toe & was still like new. My eBay seller did a fine job of packaging for shipping.
