This does not fit a 2016-2023 CX9. The outer groove on the CX9 side rail is quite high, the outer clip goes in to the groove but that means the inner side of the clip only grasps a tiny amount of the inner edge of the side rail. It's not secure at all. This might work for other cars with a lower groove (measured from the highest point of the side rail) but not the CX9. Tried to get a refund but the shipping costs to Turkey are too much. This should not be advertised for CX9.
