megger brand new it arrived in a black bin liner. opened it up and it was clearly used condition. it did not work. asked for a refund and sent it back. seller then asked eBay to review the return stating it worked when we sent it and they suspected i had swapped the circuit board. my question is if it was brand new why would they of opened it to see if it worked? secondly they said it was well packed. in a bin liner?
