I took it to a local tire shop to have it and the tire mounted on the rim since it was a 4 inch plastic rim. The tire shop mounted the tire but said the tube would not hold air as the valve stem core leaked and could not be fixed by installing a new valve, it still leaked. They installed a new tube for me and threw the one mentioned away since it was no good. I would not recommend this product.
