I reached out ..told them We have beads all-over. The way they were packaged in order to get the beads out had to peel off the contact paper, when pealing off the contact paper, the little plastic baggie ripped, trying to save the baggie so lose all the beads, the other end opens up and they go all over anyway. Very very not cool. We still do not have 50 beads. Replied with an excuse but no offer of compensation. From now on I done it inside a gallon sized zip lock.
