    Before I purchased the cowboy boots I wanted to make sure they were genuine crocodile so I emailed her. She replied they were definitely genuine and not fake croc so I purchased them. When I received them they were fake croc and I emailed her to let her know but she never replied. Ebay had to get involved for me to return them.

Contacted the seller explaining the mistake and he/she instructed me to stop buying used items on ebay and buy new in-store boots instead. Furthermore, seller said there was no such thing as a women's Tony Lama 8 1/2 D boot. FALSE. I sent he/she a listing for such boots, and a picture of the one's they sold me next to a woman's size 8 1/2D. I didn't even ask for my money back just an apology for the incorrect listing.
