Not happy the seller charged $1.78 for postage, while knowing first class postage (USPS) for mailing a standard envelope, (the item is very tiny) is only $0.68. I was not aware (at the time of purchase) he was going to just stick it in a small envelope to mail. That being said, not quite sure why it took seller 2 weeks to mail a simple envelope.
