Dishonest seller! Item (poster) arrived damaged (poster tube was pretty cheap) we agree small partial refund, i send photos of damage, he has not refunded me and opened a damage claim with evri yet said he wouldn’t in our conversations. As sellers we all have to go through claims, and it sucks having to wait, but sellers like this are dishonest and certainly wont be buying from again.

I did everything in my power as a reliable seller to help this buyer, but they absolutely refused to send me just one photo of the poster so I could check it was the same one as I sent. They would only send me one tiny close up and a crushed poster tube. It was very suspicious. I repeatedly tried to help him but he wouldn’t even respond to my messages. I have sent lots of posters in these heavy duty tubes with no other problems. The whole sale was suspicious from the beginning. Sellers beware.
