Circumference at top 14ins. With skinny legs they'll go over the top of your jeans; with bigger calves, under your jeans. The top strap is flimsy. The leg has no lining. The shoe is sturdy but if the clutch lever on your bike sits in an awkward position, like mine does, you may not get the toe of these boots under it to change gear.
