hi so i order an alternator and it came fast but it came with rollling thing all smashed during shippment so took pictures and send them to the seller he says send it back we will send a newan but i need it the alternator to fix my car to go to work so i try to fix the wheel but no luck so i went to the junk yard and buy a used alernator just to remove the wheel thing to fix my car and it work good so i told the seller about a partial refund because i fix the wheel where the serpentine belt rol

The item shipped quickly and was adequately packaged. Part of the starter where the wire harness clips to was a little bent from shipping, but not damaged in any other way, and still functions perfectly. I did not take a picture of the clip as the bend was very minor and did not impact the fit at all. Everything works and was as described. Would purchase again if the need ever arises.
