Delivered 3 days early. Assembled and tested the day recieved. This is a good deal for a good price. Bags ( main and carrier ) were in perfect shape. Very minor issue with the shoulder straps. The tie ins were very short and did not allow enough length for the velcro to be engaged that 'lock' them in. They still functioned and I still used them. This is a surplus item so it is what it is. Pack still held weight without slipping. All in all a good price on a great ruck. Would recommend vendor.
