They did not answer my question and recommended taking the car to the dealer to reprogram the car’s PCM. I am an ASE master mechanic and an Acura specialist. After I told them that, the conversation turned to crickets. I opened the unit, and lo and behold, the disc mechanism plastic pieces were broken and jammed. It's only $130.00, so keep the money.
