      Absolutely no customer service except pre made messages. Lap top froze after 20 minutes of plugging in. In 3 days it froze 3 more times. Even offered seller if they had anything “better” Ide be willing to pay to upgrade, even after failure of first. Was told they had nothing better. Scary. First photo was freeze after 5 minutes, the second after 15 minutes. Multiple apps freeze as well.

      Hello, we're very sorry you had an unpleasant experience with us. Our customer service team offered troubleshooting assistance with you to see if it was an issue easily fixable with a software update, which is more often than not the case. We were not able to offer you an upgrade as Macbooks are far less common for us to come by since we primarily deal in Windows machines. We're very sorry again, but our customer service team supplied the proper troubleshooting Q&As for this issue.
