Seller may not be experienced with shipping heavy electronics (this is 8.5 pounds) as the product was not properly padded in the shipping box. Plenty of padding on the sides and top but no padding on the bottom. Could have easily been damaged if dropped on a hard surface. Fortunately, the USPS didn't seem to have kicked it around as much as with other recent shipments I've received. So, all good and the controller works perfectly.
