      The unit arrived complete and on time...The unit functioned as stated so long as it was plugged into a 12V outlet. It would not function at all on AA batteries, either Duracell or Re-Charged batteries...Its range was maybe 1 mile. Now it was delivered on time, and as the sellers' statement it did power up. I will just sell or give away to someone...Not going through all of the return process on here. And BTW I did buy a new Cobra handheld unit from Amazon it also takes the RE-charge AA Bat.
