I paid for insurance for the item and customer refused to simply go to post office to file a claim. After post office claim is validated, I would have more than happy to refund his money. The condition of his package was so rare event it maybe happened 1x before. I insure every package and they are package with very sturdy materials and each package has our full attention.

Mostly wheat pennies was hoping I would get more silver coins but I didn't .. I will not purchase from this buyer again..
