Finally after 1 1/2 months of going back and forth and getting no where, I had to request a refund since I never received the correct case that I purchased. They told me they received the wrong case, and i responded with apologies and said they could request a return and that ill make a new post with the correct one even cheaper for them, they asked if i could just ship it out without her requesting a refund, then they opened a false claim saying they didnt get ANYTHING, i had to contact ebay support to have them read our messages to confirm they were lying. After 3 weeks she finally requested a return.
