      The seller took more than a week to ship which would have been alright except that the item was not as pictured when it arrived. It shipped from California not Chicago, and It was obviously photoshopped to appear in cleaner condition that it actually was. The scarf was severely discolored and the "cream" color was closer to dingy beige/dirty yellow while the "orange" was at best a dull red. What a waste of money. BUYER BEWARE!

      sorry that you didn't have good experience with this purchase. I always documented and pictured every items in my closet carefully and I NEVER used photoshop in any of those. Hermes has wide range of color and I tried my best knowledge to address it while carefully taking pictures as past of description. You never even communicated to address any of those with me. I think you might have just changed your mind about this purchase and found a way to vent it
