However,the reason for this feedback is due to the fact that the listing stated with matching wallet the satchel came with a used wristlet. Yes, you offered a full refund, but I needed the bag due to an accident. I asked why you didn’t send the wallet and you said you didn’t have it then you said you put the wrong pictures on the listing. I admitted that I posted the wrong name of the item that was included with the satchel, I should have posted a wristlet and not a wallet, it was always a wristlet, never a wallet but you think I just didn’t send it. I tried to make it right by offering a full refund
