A V15 refurbished is around $400 — seller charged me $700 just to send me a V15. Shipping was over a week and I ended up with the right packaging, BUT MISSING A VITAL PART OF THE PRODUCT? The image I've attached IS ALL I GOT IN MY PACKAGE. Box was also poorly taped together and rattled when handled (aka THE PIECES WERE LOOSE IN THE BOX). Even the FedEx cashier asked what was in it because it didn't feel like a vac.
