I was told the toolbox was damaged so it was not sent. 100% understand and appreciate that. However there are other missing items and there has been no communication regarding those things i.e. hole punch, 2 of the 4 pairs of scissors, and multiple other items pictured were not sent. Communication is greatly lacking and multiple contents are missing. Value is also greatly lacking.
