- 2***x (4)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI ordered 4 Sango bowls and one of the four was broken. I asked for a replacement and KayBees offered me one half what I had paid. I felt I should at least been paid the full amount for one bowl. I also paid $20 for shipping. And I never heard back about accept or not accepting my offer. so I assume it was not accepted and so I get nothing.Reply from: kaybeesmarket- Feedback replied by seller kaybeesmarket.- Feedback replied by seller kaybeesmarket.I immediately replied to the request (March 21st) and sent an offer for the cost of the one broken bowl as I do not have another bowl to send. The offer was not accepted or rejected and the message requesting pictures of the box (so I could file a claim with the shipper) was never replied to. Because of this, I have reached out to eBay customer service twice. They also informed me that several messages have been sent requesting a reply to the refund request..still no reply.
