After contacting them they where happy enough to return the item and send a replacement. However when I received the replacement it was again broken. Its obvious that no time had been taken to properly refurbish the item or even open the box to check the contents. The only compliment I can give is that the communication is quite decent. Usually responds within a day and shipping is fast.
