I use a vintage Yamaha CA 2010 integrated amplifier which I have found to be a bit sterile sounding with other speakers pairings. I’ve used my CR 800’s preamplifier as a work around as it brings a lot of life to the CA 2010. These speakers are lively as heck and sound great with my otherwise boring amp.
