- r***0 (33)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThis item was listed to be from a smoke free environment—it has the strongest smell of heavy use of cigarettes out of any vintage item I have purchased in the past. This should have been listed on the description of the garment. Getting smoke out of silk is next to impossible. I most likely would have looked for a different item had I known the true condition of it. Additionally the item was compressed and wadded up in a ball tightly in a garbage bag for shipping rather than folded or rolled.Reply from: judyshobbies- Feedback replied by seller judyshobbies.- Feedback replied by seller judyshobbies. All my items are kept in a climate controlled storage facility with no one around. And silk does not absorb smoke so it has to be the packaging. I've seen on numerous occassions where a USPS, Fed Ex and UPS driver/drivers are smoking. Thats 1 of the reasons why I am trying to sell everyting.
