        Shipped reasonably quickly, packed very poorly but luckily this is a robust item so banging around in the box did not hurt it, and, interestingly enough, the drill is mislabeled; it is not the 14.4v drill, but the 7.2v one, but, since that is the one I wanted (I have two identical ones I use at work) it is perfect that it is different than what the auction said it was. Thanks.
