The included manual is poorly written but usable. Support from RETEVIS was above par. I absolutely love the squelch knob on the face of the unit. It should be on every base and mobile radio. I hate digging into a set of menus to make a simple squelch adjustment. This unit tested at over 42 watts in the upper frequencies. I have this one in my Jeep. Very satisfied.
