The breast area where the “breast pockets” for lack of a better term are very high for a person with very short torso perhaps. I’m 5’8 138 lbs and in decent shape. Bra is 36 B so I don’t expect the breast area to fit on top of my breast area. I do not sag so it isn’t that. The dress is very long and big on my waste for the size I ordered but I ordered up to size it.
