    Poor packaging, much leakage, coral appears to have survived i hope.

    Yours is the first coral I've had any issue with, since sending using my new, improved method of packaging. This is obviously a courier issue, and I tried to make it right with you by offering you an additional coral for free next time you buy, but no response from you. It's a shame you had to give me poor feedback when this is something outside of my control, and I've sent you a nice, large coral. I would always work out issues with the buyer given the chance.
