The leather purse was not in new condition. It had a scratch on the top that was not visible in the photos. Shipping did not have tracking and I was not sure if the item would come until the day it arrived.

what scratch are you talking about?? alligator skin is not perfect it could vary, and is not fair that you are blaming me for the tracking when it was a usps error

Update to previous feedback- I provided photos of the small scratch on the purse to seller. The seller offered me to return the item for a full refund. The purse was a gift to my wife, and she chose to keep it instead of return it. Since the seller tried to make things right and apologized for the shipping issue and scratch, I would like to let potential buyers know I would change the previous rating to make it positive if I could and I would buy from her again.
