Lens advertised as auto focus. This feature did not work. Buyer then asked me to open a case with Ebay which I did. He apparently did not refund the purchase price, and Ebay stepped in and refunded it.

Hi this is not the case. Yes the lens feature did not work which I was at fault for however when it came to the refund I immediately issued the funds. I had eBay step in to expedite the refund for you. I always do my best to have 100% positive feedback but as a school teacher that may not always be the case.
