This was an obsolete model and it does not work with other Braun replacement heads.Do not know where I can get refills and so this product is not really of any use whatsoever.Wish I had paid more in order to get a more modern model.Very disappointed

Customer has recieved exactly what they have purchased, a new sealed fully functional item. Customer must have searched for this model specifically when purchasing as it is an older model. It is my belief that items that are new-old stock should still be used for their intended purpose. Please remember to research items you purchase on ebay. Even so, if customer responds to the messages I have sent regarding this I am perfectly willing to sort this out for them, I am awaiting their response.
