I did not get everything listed and the nintendo screen had some major scratches on it. I wrote to seller right away a d it took us a bit to come to a deal. He gave me some of my money back to make up for the missing items and the scratch. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied and claimed that the warehouse did not inform him of the damage or the missing items. All in all a great transaction and great communication.
