Arrived as pictured but shipping could have been better, she was shipped quickly and arrived quickly but for $25 I was expecting a suitably sized box and lots of bubblewrap, I received a mailer with the doll packed into zip lock bags, the doll's bag was not separated from the doll (unlike the other accessories) which meant it ended up tangled and stuck in her hair. The doll was also slightly dirty, not the paint smudges, but some dust or dirt on her face which wasn't described in the listing.
