Very Dramatic, Everyone seems to think everyone else is being nefarious. If there was an issue with an item that wasnt photographed its likely the issue wasnt noticed at the time of listing. Customer purchased a heavily used item and was suprised when they recieved it and it was used. Wasnt bad enough to return apparently. Its alright I understand complaining makes people feel better.
